Build Core Confidence & Stop Caring What Others Think

James Dean

Core confidence is derived from an ability to accurately predict future outcomes. This ability flourishes through the development of reference points. These are past experiences, whether positive or negative in their nature, which can be reflected on to help achieve future desirable outcomes.

The development of core confidence lends itself to the development of self-efficacy.

Selfefficacy can be defined as a person’s belief in their ability to succeed in specific situations or accomplish a task. Selfefficacy can play a major role in how a person approaches goals, tasks, and challenges.

After nourishing self-efficacy and subsequently self-esteem, any situation can be approached and handled with ease.

Stop caring about what others think and establish an identity, values and an ideal vision.

Every social construct within society is merely an interpretation or opinion created by everyday people – who is to say their interpretations are correct? Do what feels right and live life with confidence, free from external judgement or approval.
